for Wakefield to deliver a Mental Health Treatment Requirement (MHTR) Service across
West Yorkshire which if approved would lead to a variation of the Councils
existing contract with NHS England and increase the value of the contract to
the Council for 18 months from 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2025.
