To seek approval
from the Leader of the Council to:
1.
Call-off the West Yorkshire Combined Authority-led
(WYCA) Energy Efficiency and Carbon Reduction Framework (EECRF) to enter into necessary call-off contracts to deliver an
initial programme of three urgent home energy efficiency improvement schemes.
2.
Delegate authority to the relevant Corporate
Director, to approve, finalise, and enter in to future EECRF call-off
contracts. This will include home energy and corporate carbon reduction
schemes.
