To approve a change in payment for placements in the Shared Lives scheme to separate the board and lodgings and the care and support elements of the payment to Shared Lives carers. The board and lodgings element will be payable by the service user which will ensure equity for service users across the range of Adult Social Care placements that provide 24/7 care and support.
