Following the recent acquisition by Council of the former
RFCC site as the preferred location for developing up to a 120 place secondary Social Emotional
Mental Health Education
(Special Educational Needs and Disability - SEND) provision.
The Council is now seeking approval to utilise
High Needs Provision Capital Allocation
(HNPCA) funding from the Department for Education (DfE) to invest in this site to redevelop it as a new secondary phase specialist SEND provision.
